The Adventure 4X4 Academy was established to specifically focus on providing offroad driving skills in a professional and relevant manner. Servicing the entire Eastern Cape with training venues in Port Elizabeth and East London the Adventure 4X4 Academy provides training from an introductory to an advanced level. With more than 20 years combined experience and affiliations to vehicle manufacturers as well as major off road events like the Spirit Of Africa you can be assured of the highest level of training available.

We offer certificated 4x4 driver training for all makes of vehicles and are linked to certain OEM programs. If you own a Mitsubishi, Jeep, Merc ML, VW Touareg or Toyota 4x4, contact us to find out more about the specifics of these OEM programs. We are also registered with SANOTA (South African National Offroad Trainers Association), thus ensuring compliance with all the future standards required by the government.

Our training is designed for all levels of expertise, from raw beginners to seasoned veterans. Training is also designed for stock standard vehicles. The training comprises a comprehensive multimedia theory session covering technical aspects of offroad driving followed by practical driving on one of 4 specifically designed training tracks. The training has evolved to ensure the best possible practical application of offroad driving techniques with both in car and outside car instruction throughout the day.

Our goal is to instil the confidence for you and your family to venture to places you would never see from the highway. To follow unpaved trails and use your vehicle in challenging off-highway situations. And, perhaps best of all, make lots of new friends along the way.
